NDA Sankalp Patra release Patna October 31 2025 Nitish Kumar JP Nadda

Patna, The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) today launched its election blueprint for Bihar, called the ‘Sankalp Patra’. This 69-page document outlines big plans to turn Bihar into a self-reliant and modern state in the next five years. It was released at a press meet in Patna’s Hotel Maurya by top leaders like Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, BJP chief JP Nadda, LJP (Ram Vilas) leader Chirag Paswan, HAM chief Jitan Ram Manjhi, and RLM’s Upendra Kushwaha.

Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary led the briefing. He said the promises cover jobs for youth, help for women and farmers, better schools and hospitals, and strong roads and rails. With Bihar polls just days away – first phase on November 6, second on 11, results on 14 – this comes as a direct reply to the opposition’s ‘Bihar Ka Tejashwi Pran’ from last week.

JP Nadda said: “This Sankalp Patra is the guarantee of PM Modi’s vision and CM Nitish Kumar’s trust. It’s for every Bihari – youth, women, farmers, and the poor.”

The event showed NDA’s unity, but CM Nitish left early for urgent work, as per Choudhary. Still, leaders stressed it’s a team effort.

The Launch Event: Unity on Display

Around 9:30 AM, the hall buzzed with leaders and media. Nadda kicked off, calling it a “pledge for developed Bihar”. Nitish Kumar nodded along, his presence a big draw for JD(U) workers.

Choudhary detailed the 25 key guarantees. He said: “We focus on every person – from villages to cities. Bihar will be an industrial hub soon.” The press meet lasted about 30 minutes, with questions on old promises. Leaders promised a “report card” soon.

This is NDA’s first joint manifesto since 2020. It counters Mahagathbandhan’s focus on jobs per family and free power.
